RidgeCrest Herbals began with a line of natural botanical formulas originally created for chiropractors, naturopaths, and other health professionals in the 1980s. These formulas quickly gained a reputation for their remarkable effectiveness, but the original company, Natural Alternatives, struggled to survive.
In the early 1990s, entrepreneurs Paul Warnock and Clyde St. Clair saw the potential to bring these natural herbal remedies to a wider audience. They expanded into health food stores, officially incorporating in 1994 and rebranding as RidgeCrest Herbals in 1996. Their dedication to quality and natural wellness paid off — by 1998, ClearLungs® had become the #1 natural lung support formula in the U.S.
Today, RidgeCrest Herbals remains a family-owned company based in Utah, led by Matt Warnock, son of founder Paul Warnock, alongside CEO Will Christensen. The company continues to grow as an award-winning manufacturer of safe, effective, and innovative herbal supplements.
