In order to protect the integrity of our brand, control pricing in all channels, and support our brick and mortar and e-commerce partners, we have established new policies, Authorized Retailer Terms & Conditions and Minimum Advertised Price Policy.
RETAILER POLICY SUMMARY & QUICK GUIDE
This summary outlines key operational rules. Retailers are legally bound by the full Retailer Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Unilateral MAP Policy documents.
1. No Third-Party Marketplace Sales (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
You are strictly prohibited from selling RidgeCrest Herbals products on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Jet, Rakuten, or any other third-party marketplace platform. RidgeCrest Herbals maintains an exclusive relationship with a single authorized partner for these platforms. Violating this restriction results in immediate account closure without a cure period, plus liquidated financial damages equal to 150% of your daily marketplace sales revenue for each day the breach continues.
2. No Wholesale Diversion
You are authorized to sell our products only directly to end-user consumers. You may not sell in bulk or sell to other retailers, re-sellers, e-commerce diverters, or wholesalers. Unauthorized diversion results in immediate account closure without a cure period, and a contractually agreed penalty of 150% of the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) for every diverted shipment.
3. Adhere strictly to the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy
Do not advertise RidgeCrest Herbals products below current MAP pricing guidelines (available by request via Info@rcherbals.com). This applies to print media, physical store signs distributed to customers, public internet pricing, social media ads, search engines, and emails. Using "add to cart to see a lower price" tactics or implying a discount at online checkout is a strict violation.
Enforcement Actions:
- 1st Violation: Written warning to comply within 24 hours.
- 2nd Violation: Request to comply within 24 hours; account may be suspended for 30 days.
- 3rd Violation: Permanent termination of business relationship.
4. Proprietary Website Rules
You are permitted to market and sell our products through websites owned and operated by your business, provided that your website clearly and transparently displays your company’s full legal name, physical mailing address, phone number, and contact email address.
5. Product Care & Quality Control
To preserve the safety and high quality of our products, you must exercise due care in storing and handling them. Keep stock in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, dampness, or extreme heat. Regularly inspect inventory; selling expired products, altering original packaging, or tampering with batch codes/seals is strictly forbidden.
6. 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If an end-consumer is not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you must provide a full refund with proof of purchase. Track these purchases and confirm them in writing to RidgeCrest Herbals; we will reimburse or credit your retail account quarterly.
